The first month

There is no free trial. The free audit is the trial, and it runs on the same engine as the paid plans. If your first month does not earn its price, write to us within 30 days of your first payment and we refund that month in full. No form, no reason required.

After the first month

Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and stop at the end of the period already paid. We do not refund a partial month.

Annual plans are billed as ten months for twelve. If you cancel within 30 days of the annual payment, we refund it in full. After that, an annual plan runs to the end of its year.

Changing plans

Moving to a larger band takes effect at once and is charged pro rata. Moving to a smaller band takes effect at your next renewal.

Failed payments

If a card is declined, your account stays fully open for fourteen days while the card is retried. After that it goes read-only. Nothing is deleted, and it reopens the moment a payment lands.

How to ask

Email hello@ppccommandcenter.com from the address on your account. Refunds go back to the card that paid, usually within five business days.
