What we hold, who sees it, and how it leaves

1. What we hold

For each account: the report files you upload or authorize us to fetch from Amazon, the database the app builds from them, the settings and answers you give the app, and the app's own backup copies of that database. For a connected account, the Amazon API credentials you authorize, stored encrypted in that account's own vault.

For each person who signs in: an email address. That is the only personal detail we ask for.

Some Amazon reports, such as the All Orders report, contain buyer names and addresses. We do not use them for anything. They are kept only because they are inside the file you gave us, and they are deleted with everything else when you delete your data.

2. Where it lives

Each account's data is kept in its own separate store. It is never pooled with another account's data and is never shown to another account. Backups exist to protect your data and are held on the same terms as the data itself.

3. Who can see it

The app itself reads your data to do its work: the nightly pull, the analysis, the morning list. That is the service.

A person at PPC Command Center can open your account only for support, and every such opening is written to your account and shown on your own settings page, with the date and the person. We are building the switch that makes this impossible without your permission, with an end date you set. Until it is on, the log is how you see it.

We run the servers, so a lawful order could compel us to produce data. We would tell you unless the law forbade it.

4. Agencies and their clients

An agency account is named by the agency. We do not ask for the client's name, we hold no client email, and we never contact a client. The only person we know is the agency's user.

5. What we do not do

• We do not sell, rent or share your data with anyone.
• We do not train anything on your data or use it to advise another account.
• We do not contact your buyers or your clients.
• We do not change anything on Amazon without your approval.

6. Deleting your data

You can delete everything in your account from your own settings page, at any time. This removes every upload, the database built from them, the app's backup copies, your settings, and any stored credentials. Your sign-in then no longer opens an account, and every address on the account receives a written confirmation.

What we keep afterwards is our own record of the account, and nothing else: the account's name and the email addresses on it, the dates it was opened and closed, and the note on how the account came to us, for example an agency's name.

7. Payments

Card details are handled by our payment provider. We never see or store a card number.
